20+ Years of High-End Home Customizations

Michael Eicholtz is the founder, CEO and namesake of Michael H. Eicholtz Construction.

With his successful track record as both a builder and a licensed general contractor, Michael is known to his clients as their go-to construction consultant because he puts quality and trust first.

Originally from Kent Island, Michael has worked in construction since 2000. He spent well over a decade of his career framing homes along the Severn River and sub-contracting high-end builds on the western side of the Bay Bridge.

Two decades of both running sites and personally building high-quality home projects by hand makes him ideally suited to the role of lead consultant.

His passion for building dreams led him to found Michael H. Eicholtz Construction. Michael confidently takes clients’ visions from concept to creation, treating each project as though he were building it for his own family.

Speaking of which, Michael is a proud father of 3. There is no place he’d rather be than enjoying the beauty of the Eastern Shore with his family.
